SIMPLE Tofu and Tuna Sisig
Sisig is one of the most popular dishes in the Philippines. Kapampangans are good in preparing this dish because this particular this originated in that place, Pampanga. But, not only kapampangans are good in cooking this recipe! Originally, sisig is from parts of pig head and chicken liver, usually seasoned with calamansi, onions and chili peppers. This is our version of sisig.

SIMPLE Tofu and Tuna Sisig

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Tofu (cubed)
- 2-4 pcs Onions
- Garlic
- Spring onion
- Green pepper
- 360 grams Corned Tuna (2 cans of 180 grams)
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 6 grams Seasoning granules
Procedure:
- Prepare all the ingredients.
- Cut garlic, onions, green peppers.
- Cut the tofu into cubes.
- Fry tofu cubes until light golden brown then set aside.
- In the same pan, saute garlic and onions.
- Add corned tuna.
- Then add the fried cubed tofu.
- Stir.
- Add the long green chili pepper then stir.
- Add 1/2 cup mayonnaise and continue mixing.
- Add the other half of onions and the green onions.
- Transfer in a serving plate.
