SIMPLE Garlic Butter Chicken | Tasty Chicken Recipe | The Best Fried Chicken

Ingredients:
  • 1 kg chicken
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup cooking oil
  • 6-8 cloves garlic
  • 2-3 tbsp butter
  • fish sauce
  • 8 g seasoning granules
  • salt to taste

Procedure:

  1. Marinate the chicken with garlic, pepper and fish sauce for 3 hours or overnight.
  2. After marinating, remove the garlic from the chicken.
  3. Prepare the coating, consisting of salt and seasoning granules.
  4. Coat the chicken with seasoned flour.
  5. Fry the coated chicken in a pan.
  6. Wait until the chicken turns to golden brown.
  7. Set aside.
  8. Melt butter in another pan.
  9. Saute the minced garlic from the marinade.
  10. Wait until golden brown.
  11. Add the fried chicken
  12. Make sure that all the chicken parts are covered with the mixture.
  13. Serve hot.
