Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 1/2 tbsp green onions (chopped)
1 1/2 tbsp carrot (chopped)
1-2 pcs onions (minced)
1/2 tsp ground pepper
salt to taste

Procedure:
Crack eggs in a bowl.
Beat the eggs.
Filter the scrambled eggs with a sifter to remove chalaza and to make the eggs finer.
Add the chopped carrots, onions and green onions.
Season with salt and seasoning granules.
