- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 tbsp green onions (chopped)
- 1 1/2 tbsp carrot (chopped)
- 1-2 pcs onions (minced)
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- salt to taste

Procedure:
- Crack eggs in a bowl.
- Beat the eggs.
- Filter the scrambled eggs with a sifter to remove chalaza and to make the eggs finer.
- Add the chopped carrots, onions and green onions.
- Season with salt and seasoning granules.

- Pour Scrambled egg mixture.
- When half done roll the omelet.
- Grease the pan each time the egg is rolled up.
- Add the mixture to the side of the unrolled omelet.
