SIMPLE Mango Ice Cream with Chocolate Syrup

Ingredients:
  • 3-4 mangoes
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 390 ml condensed milk
  • 500 ml all purpose cream
  • chocolate syrup
Procedure
  1. Cut and peal 2-4 mangoes.
  2. Blend mangoes and evaporated milk.
  3. In a mixing bowl, add all purpose cream.
  4. Whip until doubles in volume.
  5. Add condensed milk and continue whipping.
  6. Add the milk and mango mixtures.
  7. Continue whipping.
  8. Pour in a container.
  9. Freeze overnight.
  10. Top with chocolate syrup.
