SIMPLE Mango Ice Cream with Chocolate Syrup
Ingredients:
- 3-4 mangoes
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 390 ml condensed milk
- 500 ml all purpose cream
- chocolate syrup
Procedure
- Cut and peal 2-4 mangoes.
- Blend mangoes and evaporated milk.
- In a mixing bowl, add all purpose cream.
- Whip until doubles in volume.
- Add condensed milk and continue whipping.
- Add the milk and mango mixtures.
- Continue whipping.
- Pour in a container.
- Freeze overnight.
- Top with chocolate syrup.
