SIMPLE Ice Cream Cake | Quarantine Cake | No Oven Cake

Ice cream cake is a kind of dessert and sweets with a combination of cake and ice cream. This cake filled with ice cream with layers of sponge cake or cookie crumble in between. In a typical form, the cake component is baked in the normal way or the cake component is a pre-made cake, cut to shape if necessary, and then frozen. Ingredients:

  • 5 pcs fudgee bar
  • 15 pcs oreo
  • 550 g all purpose cream (chilled overnight)
  • 390 g condensed milk

Procedure:

  1. Cut the fudgee bar into small pieces.
  2. Separate the cream filling from the cookies.
  3. Place the cookies in a zip bag.
  4. Crush the cookies with a rolling pin.
  5. Set aside.
  6. In a mixing bowl, pour the all purpose cream which is chilled overnight.
  7. Whip the all purpose cream using the electric hand mixer.
  8. Add the cream filling
  9. Add the condensed milk
  10. Continue mixing.
  11. Until reaching soft peak.
  12. In a container, put the fudgee bar and flatten.
  13. Add the cream mixture and flatten
  14. Add the crushed cookies for another layer.
  15. Top it again with cream mkixture.
  16. Freeze overnight.
