3-Ingredients Chocolate Cake in a Pan

One of the hardest dessert to prepare is cake. You need to be exact in measuring when preparing traditional cakes. Nowadays, there are several techniques that you may follow in order to make a simple and easy and delicious cakes. In this recipe we will be using only 3 ingredients in preparing this cake, no oven, no steam required, just your pan.

3 Ingredients Chocolate Cake in a Pan




Ingredients:
  • 10 packs chocolate cookies (with chocolate filling) 
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk 
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
Procedure:
  1. Separate the chocolate cream filling from the cookies.
  2. Place the cookies in an electric mixer to crush, or you may crushed it manually.
  3. In a mixing bowl place the crushed cookies.
  4. Add baking powder.
  5. Add some of your milk and mix thoroughly.
  6. Grease your pan.
  7. Pour the batter.
  8. Flatten the batter.
  9. Cover and cook in a low heat.
  10. Check using the toothpick test.
  11. Continue cooking until done
For the frosting
  1. Place the chocolate filling in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add 1 tbsp of evaporated milk and mix thoroughly.
Cake Assembly
  1. Remove the excess cake to make it rectangular in shape.
  2. Cut the cake into two halves.
  3. In one cake, top it with the prepared frosting.
  4. Add the other half of the cake on top of the frosted one.
  5. Add frosting on top of the second cake.
  6. Add your favorite toppings like strawberries or cherry.
  7. Cut and serve.
  8. Enjoy your cake!
