SIMPLE and Easy Egg Frothy Coffee | Tasty Coffee with Whipped Egg Yolk | Lockdown Coffee | Pasteurized Eggs
This lockdown or quarantine season, we are keeping ourselves busy to make our day meaningful or fruitful. We clean our house, improve our garden and do all other house chores. During our rest it is best to enjoy it with a simple and easy to make coffee. This coffee is very popular in Vietnam.
Warning: Using raw egg maybe harmful to our health, make sure to pasteurize it first before using in a recipe requiring uncooked eggs.

Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp plain coffee
- 2 eggs (pasteurized)
- hot water
Procedure:
- Crack the egg and separate the yolk from white.
- Transfer the egg yolk to another container
- Add sugar.
- Whip using electric hand mixer until frothy.
- Prepare your favorite coffee.
- Then top the prepared egg frothy.
- Enjoy while having your rest :)
