SIMPLE Dalgona Coffee

SIMPLE Dalgona Coffee | Korean Coffee | Quarantine Coffee | Frothy Coffee

This coffee, Dalgona Coffee, is originated from Korea during the COVID-19 pandemic. This prepared with equal amount of coffee, sugar, water, cream which are  whipped to produce frothy topping. This is good to top in your milk for breakfast. This is our version of Dalgona.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp plain coffee
  • 1 tbsp 3-in-1 coffee
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • 2 tbsp all purpose cream
  • fresh milk
  • ice (if desired) 
Procedure:
  1. In a mixing bowl, add the plain coffee, 3-in-1 coffee, sugar, hot water and all purpose cream.
  2. Whip using electric hand mixer until frothy mixture is achieved. If you have no electric hand mixture, you may do it manually using a wire whip.
  3. In a serving cup, put ice cube.
  4. Then pour fresh milk of your choice.
  5. Top the Dalgona mixture.
  6. Enjoy!
