SIMPLE Fried Rice (Filipino Sinangag)

SIMPLE Fried Rice (Filipino Sinangag) is a popular breakfast meal in the Philippines.


Ingredients:

  • Rice
  • Eggs
  • Ham
  • Sausage
  • Green Onions
  • Soy Sauce
  • Oyster Sauce
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • Seasoning Granules
Procedure
  1. Prepare all the ingredients.
  2. In a pan, add cooking oil.
  3. add scrambled eggs, seasoned with salt (mix).
  4. Set aside the cooked egg.
  5. On the same pan saute garlic.
  6. Add ham and sausage. 
  7. Stir
  8. Add soy sauce then oyster sauce.
  9. Add rice.
  10. Mix the ingredients.
  11. Add the cooked scrambled eggs and green onions.
  12. Season with salt and seasoning granules.
  13. Serve hot.
