SIMPLE Cookies and Cream Ice Cream

A must try sweets or dessert this lockdown period. This recipe is very simple and easy to prepare and consists of only few ingredients. 

Ingredients:
  • 250 ml all-purpose cream
  • 2/3 cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup crushed cookies

Procedure:
  1. Prepare all the ingredients.
  2. In a bowl, pour the evap and condensed milk then mix thoroughly.
  3. Crush cookies.
  4. In another bowl, pour the all purpose cream (chilled overnight).
  5. Whip using the electric hand mixer until double in volume.
  6. Pour the milk mixture.
  7. Continue whipping.
  8. Add the crushed cookies in the whipped ingredients.
  9. Mix  with the use of spatula.
  10. Pour the mixture in a container.
  11. Refrigerate overnight.
