SIMPLE Mango Graham Cream also called as Mango Graham Float | Lockdown Recipe

This mango graham cream is a sweet and dessert recipe which is very popular in the Philippines. When mangoes are in season in the country, there are several recipes can be done with the use of this yellow or green fruit. It can be used as recipes for shakes, ice creams, cakes, juices, fermented food and many other. In this recipe, we will use mango to create a mouth watering recipe called Mango Graham Cream or sometimes called as Mango Float.
Mango Graham Cream | Mango Float Cake







Ingredients:
  • Ingredients: 550 ml all purpose cream (chilled overnight)
  • 6 mangoes
  • 250 grams graham crackers
  • 300 ml condensed milk (chilled overnight)
Procedure:
  1. In a bowl, add All Purpose Cream
  2. Whip with the use of electric hand mixer.
  3. Add the condensed milk.
  4. Whip again until double in volume.
  5. Add mangoes and continue whipping.
  6. In a tray, place the graham cracker until covered completely
  7. Add the cream mixture on top of the crackers.
  8. Add another layer of graham crackers.
  9. Add another layer of cream mixture.
  10. You may add another layer of graham if you but make sure that the last layer will be the cream mixture.
  11. Top the cream mixture with slices of mangoes.
  12. Chill overnight.
  13. Serve
